Compare All Rooms


All rooms have in-room heating and air conditioning units in addition to screened windows so you can enjoy the lake breeze.  The Lake Effect Inn has a coded front entry door and individual room keys for your ease and safety.  There is high speed wi-fi available through out the Inn.  Room rates include continental breakfast and access to common guest areas.  Check in is at 3 pm, check out at 11 am.  On-line booking is available or you are welcome to call to make a reservation.

Book all five rooms/three bathrooms.  Rental includes private access to all guest common areas including living room, lounge and decks. $700/night.  Online booking is not available for this option, call 906-748-0513.

The Lake Room 

The Lake Room overlooks South Manistique Lake.  It has queen sized bed and one twin trundle bed (two twin beds).  The room can sleep up to four people.  This room has an attached, private bathroom.   $165/night

The Aurora Room

The Aurora Room is the largest room with plenty of sitting space, one king sized bed, one double sized futon and sleeps up to four people.  This room has a private attached bathroom.  $165/night

The Waterfall Room

The Waterfall Room has one king sized bed and overlooks South Manistique Lake.  This room accesses a full sized shared bathroom.  $145/night

Check-in is between 3 pm-9 pm. Check-out at 11 am.  Please inquire about early/late check in.  You will receive check-in instructions via text or email three days prior to your arrival. 
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund.  
All our rooms are located on the 2nd floor and there are not pet friendly rooms.
